Order Status:
• Backorder: When you receive an email with the status of Backorder/Pending it means that your order was successful and is pending to be reviewed by our staff to verify that we have stocks of all products you are requesting. Otherwise, we will immediately contact the customer to find a solution.
• Order Processing: When you receive an email with the status of In Process it means that your order is being processed and prepared for shipment.
• Order Posted: When you receive an email with the Shipping status it means that your order has left our warehouse and will be delivered to the previously agreed time. Also the email includes the tracking number of your package so you can get updates on the process of shipping by the shipping company NACEX or the Post Office.
• Order Delivered: When you receive an email or when you see on your record that your order has the Delivery Status it means that your order has reached its destination.
Shipping:
• If this is the first time that you are making a purchase to pro-nutricion.com, the Customer Service will contact you via phone to confirm the details of shipping.
• After confirming this information, our warehouse staff will prepare the package of products for its collection by the logistics company.
• Shipments confirmed before 18:00 hrs. reach their destination before 19:00 hrs. of the next day.
• If you are not at home when you package arrives, the logistics company will attempt to contact you via telephone, if they cannot contact you, they will leave a receipt of delivery and you may contact the nearest delegation to agree a delivery schedule.
• Finally you will receive your order at the agreed place of delivery
Additional Information:
• Pro-nutricion.com will contact you by phone or via e-mail in case of shortage of stock of a product.
• Pro-nutricion.com may contact the Customer by telephone or other means to verify the Personal Data.
• Pro-nutricion.com, reserves the right to disqualify those customers which whom after a reasonable period they cannot be contacted or that at the time of verification they do not want to confirm their data.
• In addition, Pro-nutricion.com reserves the rights to suspend or disqualify clients who have entered data that are incomplete and / or incorrect.
Returns:
• Our system will allow you to return back any item within a period not exceeding seven days from receipt of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition and detailing the reasons for return. In the case of edible products it will be accepted only unopened containers with safety seals intact.
However, remember that you will have to pay the return postage and administrative costs or other generated as a result of your return.
• In the event that has already begun the process of delivery, may be repaid or change it once it is received. The customer will pay the postage for the return or exchange unless the product is spoiled or damaged, which should make expressly settled in the delivery note.
• If you receive an item in poor condition please contact the store manager and you can return it online, remember to put on the record of the delivery of the shipment that the product has arrived in bad condition.
• If after reviewing the delivery of your material differences are observed between the material received and the packing slip, please let us know immediately, indicating the delivery order number and detailing the differences listed, please indicate also a phone number to be more agile management if necessary.
Remember we cannot accept claims on shipments after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Logistics Agency:
• All shipments to the Spanish Peninsula and Portugal are management by the NACEX Company.

• Orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and International shipments are sent by blue package of the Post Office

If you are not at home, the Logistics Company will attempt to contact you via telephone, if they cannot contact you, they will leave a receipt of delivery and you may contact the nearest delegation to agree a timetable delivery.
